Nantong Mincom composite materials Co. Ltd JV established by the United States PC International Limited, China Minmetals Corporation and Nantong Building Materials Bureau. It is the first domestic manufacturer of FRP grating, filling the gap in the Chinese market.

October, 1999
Mincom passed the authentication of Swiss SGS9001 international quality system. It was the first one inChinato gain this certification.
2003
Mincom was certified by ABS, the first one inChinaagain.
October, 2007
“Fiberglass reinforced thermosetting grating for supporting loads” sponsored and drafted by Mincom came into effect.

2017
The first inChinato obtain the new US Coast Guard USCG phenolic grating certificate.
