Under certain standards, FRP pultrusions, gratings and hand lay-up products can be assembled to straight ladders, inclined ladders, guardrails, fences, platforms, battery shelves, etc..
FRP Straight Ladders
Straight ladders can be assembled with square tubes, round tubes (or plum tubes) and an angles. FRP ladders can be used either indoors or outdoors. In addition to being an independent product that can be moved freely, FRP ladders can also be used as part of the platform system. And ladder cage is available if it’s required. It is an ideal solution to chemical plants or places where need to be immersed in liquid materials (e.g. swimming pools).
FRP Inclined Ladders
Inclined ladders can be assembled with channels or I beams, angles and grating steps. The ladders are usually built in accordance with OSHA 1910.
Guardrails System
Guardrails is assembled by using FRP pultrusions, SMC connectors and stainless steel fasteners, with advantages of corrosion resistance, impact resistance, easy-to-install and easy-to-maintain. Mincom guardrails are designed in accordance with OSHA 1910.
FRP Fence
FRP fences is assembled by using FRP square tube, rectangular tubes, bases, gratings and stainless steel fasteners. It’s an ideal solution to electrical isolation tape, with advantages of magnetism-free, insulation, corrosion resistance, anti-aging and high strength.
Battery Shelves
The advantages of corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, acid and alkali resistance, light weight, etc, makes FRP a better solution to battery manufacturing plants by saving the consumption of non renewable resources, protecting the environment and reducing life cycle costs.
